Når Siri og jeg nå var i Italia så bodde vi de fleste av dagene på en campingplass, noe vi fant helt fortreffelig, fint sted, mulighet for å lage mat, kjøleskap og flere slike ting gjorde at det var noe for oss.
På campingplassen så fant vi en liten brosjyre med informasjon om noen andre slike campingplasser rundt om i Italia, så får egen og andres del tenkte jeg å gjengi litt av informasjonen her, slik at man har den til en senere Italiatur.

Fusina (ved Venezia)
Fusina ligger rett over fjorden fra Venezia og det går direktebåter til Venezia, kanskje en litt billigere måte å besøke Venezia.

Camping San Benedetto ligger ved byen Peschiera del Garda i Provinsen Verona i Nord-Italia.

Firenze
Il Poggetto is an Holiday Park, which is located in the hearth of Tuscany near Florence.
It's an ideal base for excursion to Siena, S.Gimignano, Volterra, Vinci, Pisa, Carrara Lucca and Arezzo. The whole area is well served by public transport, the busstop is just in front of the campsite.

Our campsite develops itself on a flat shaded meadow at only 800 mts far from the world-famous Leaning Tower.
To those who really enjoy the camp life, there are many spacious pitches, new sanitary and hygienic services with free hot showers (with the possibility to rent private bathrooms) and cooking facilities (gas and fridge) in a common kitchen.
To those who do not want to renounce comforts, there is the possibility to hire either rooms ensuite with an outdoor kitchen and veranda or maxicaravan.

Siena
Siena er en av de andre byene i Toscana, kanskje mindre kjent, men sannsynligvis vært å besøke.
